Supine Windshield Wipers
Ryan makes the Windshield Wiper more challenging by holding a barbell over his chest. It’s important to keep your abs contracted during the entire exercise and only lower your legs as far as you can while still keeping your low back flat on the floor.
Keep it simple by performing the windshield wiper without the barbell, place your arms flat on the floor extended straight from the shoulders.
Windshield Wipes are a challenging way to change up your crunches and to target your entire torso. Keep in mind the lower you go the tougher the exercise!
