Burn More Calories with Mountain Climbers
Mountain Climbers are a great cardio exercise, they are one of those back to basics exercises from high school that really gets your heart pumping. I like to use this as added intensity on cardio days or in between strength training exercises. Remember to start slowly, 8 to 10 reps per side to make sure your form is correct and then work up to 30 seconds to 1 minute of intense Mountain Climbers!
