Bone Broth

Ingredients

  • 2-4 pounds of bones
  • 4 quarts of water
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1-2 tablespoons high quality salt

Directions

  • Cover bones with water
  • Add ACV and salt (and garlic or onion if you want!)
  • Simmer on low in a crock pot for 24-48 hours.

HINT: I like to decrease the time by using an electric pressure cooker on high for 2 hours then let it self-release and remain on the keep warm setting overnight which makes it much easier to work with and jar in the morning.
