About My Fitness Rx

myfitnessrxheader

“My Fitness RX” is unlike any fitness or exercise program available simply because of what it is NOT. It’s not a weight loss competition, a reality show or any other kind of fitness competition. We take an informative and educational approach to health and fitness topics. “My Fitness RX” is an upbeat series shot in a magazine style format incorporating news and informational segments that explore a wide range of health and fitness subjects. From nutrition and exercise to a healthy lifestyle, “My Fitness RX” is straight forward and brings a new dynamic to health and fitness content.

Our Team

Created by certified personal trainer and fitness expert, Tanya Stroh, the series focuses on relevant, timely and seasonal topics that impact our every day lives. Our team of experts provide insight and answers to the benefits of a healthy life style and how best to achieve it from the perspective of their professional practice or discipline.

Our experts include but are not limited to; doctors, dentists, clinical nutritionists, personal trainers, nurses, physical therapists, chefs and healthy living coaches. Content is researched, written and vetted by the “My Fitness RX” team and in part responds to questions and concerns often expressed by the patients and clients of our team.

Produce athletic based results that translate to the field, and protect the athletes body armor through a simple movement based program. The foundation of my strength program is built from the five basic human movement patterns(hip hinge, squat, push, pull, carry). Whether you are a college athlete, corporate employee, or stay at home parent…everyone can benefit from becoming stronger and moving better.
