“No Time for a Full Body Workout – Do Man Makers”

No time for a full body workout, no problem just perform 10 Man Makers. It is a functional, dynamic hybrid exercise that when broken down includes a plank, push up, 1 arm row, squat, and overhead press. Make it more challenging and add light weight dumbbells.

Do it Right:

  • Begin in a high plank up position with hands on light weight dumbbells

  • Do a push-up, at the top of the push up perform a single arm row on the left, immediately do another push up then perform a single arm row on the right

  • Immediately jump your feet in toward the dumbbells and stand up through a squat position

  • As you stand up using a continuous movement bring the dumbbells up and over your shoulders performing an overhead dumbbell press

  • Reverse the movement and return to high plank position and repeat
