Ingredients Brussels Sprouts Salad:
- 1lb Shaved Brussel Sprouts
- 1/2 cup of blue cheese crumbles
- 1/2 cup dried Cranberries
- 1/2 cup spiced mixed nuts
- 1/2 cup crispy Shallots
- 1 pear thinly sliced
Ingredients: Maple Balsamic Vinaigrette
- Equal parts
- Maple Syrup
- Balsamic Vinegar
- EVOO emulsified together using a stick blender or food processor
Directions:
- First make the Maple Balsamic Vinaigrette:
emulsify the ingredients together using a stick blender or food processor
- Begin with the shaved Brussels Sprouts.
- Layer in the the Maple Balsamic Vinaigrette
- Add the Dressing to the Shaved Brussels Sprouts
- Add the Crumbly Blue Cheese
- Add the Spiced Nuts
- Add the Dried Craisins
- Add Crisply Shallots
- Add fresh sliced pear on top for an extra crisp
