Ribeye Steak

  • Ribeye 1-1 ½” thick
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Butter


  1. Seasoned Ribeye liberally on all sides with salt and pepper.
  2.  Let it rest for an hour or more in the refrigerator. Allow to rest at room temperature for 30 minutes before cooking
  3.  Pre-heat skillet to medium high
  4.  Put butter on the skillet
  5.  Cook Ribeye about 5 minutes on each side
  6.  Flip it just one time
