- Ribeye 1-1 ½” thick
- Seasoned Ribeye liberally on all sides with salt and pepper.
- Let it rest for an hour or more in the refrigerator. Allow to rest at room temperature for 30 minutes before cooking
- Pre-heat skillet to medium high
- Put butter on the skillet
- Cook Ribeye about 5 minutes on each side
- Flip it just one time
