Ingredients

  • 5 – 6 chunks of pineapple
  • One large piece of ginger
  • Dash of turmeric

Directions

  1. Place your chunks of pineapple and ginger in a food processor
  2. Blend for about 5 – 10 seconds
  3. Pour into a glass and add a dash of turmeric on top
