Kale & Chickpeas, Ingredients:

  • 2 cups of soft chickpeas
  • 4 ounces of fresh kale
  • Spices

Kale & Chickpeas, Directions:

  1. Deep fry the soft chickpeas for 3-4 minutes until crisp on the outside yet soft on the inside.
  2. Deep fry the fresh kale for 60-90 seconds.
  3. Add both into deep metal bowl and toss with salt, pepper, and spices. Spices can include anything from paprika to old bay – it is up to the cook!
