So versatile and easy to make! Use a fresh, whole rotisserie chicken or canned white meat chicken. You can plate it on your favorite fresh greens with fresh tomatoes, cucumbers and black olives or create a fresh sandwich on a toasted bun with lettuce & tomato.
Simply combine the following ingredients and refrigerate until ready to serve.
- 1 whole chicken picked
- ¼ cup red onions
- ¼ cup celery
- 3 – 5 drops of Tabasco
- Garlic powder, white powder & salt to taste
