Ingredients – Sauce:
- 1/2 c OJ
- 2pcs orange zest
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 6 tbsp raw honey
- 2 tsp vinegar
- 1/2 tsp red chili flakes
- 3 tsp minced ginger
- Whisk in bowl and set aside
Directions:
- Heat on high
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- Add 1 lb Shrimp 1 min each side
- Add garlic
- Remove shrimp set aside,
- Add sauce to Wok
- Let sizzle and reduce
- Add 1tbsp cashews
- Add Microgreens
- Lemon Basil 6 pcs
- Thai Basil 6 pcs
- Sweet Pea Tendrils small bunch
- Remove from heat
Plate:
- Plate shrimp over a bed of Lettuces
- Pour sauce over top
- Add Raw microgreens (Sorrel, Lemon Basil, Thai, Basil, and Wasabi)
