Wok Fired Ginger Shrimp

Ingredients – Sauce:

  • 1/2 c OJ
  • 2pcs orange zest
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 6 tbsp raw honey 
  • 2 tsp vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp red chili flakes
  • 3 tsp minced ginger 
  • Whisk in bowl and set aside

Directions:

  1. Heat on high
  2. 1 tbsp coconut oil 
  3. Add 1 lb Shrimp 1 min each side
  4. Add garlic
  5. Remove shrimp set aside,
  6. Add sauce to Wok
  7. Let sizzle and reduce
  8. Add 1tbsp cashews
  9. Add Microgreens
  10. Lemon Basil 6 pcs
  11. Thai Basil 6 pcs 
  12. Sweet Pea Tendrils small bunch
  13. Remove from heat

Plate:

  1. Plate shrimp over a bed of Lettuces 
  2. Pour sauce over top
  3. Add Raw microgreens (Sorrel, Lemon Basil, Thai, Basil, and Wasabi)
